Ginger Keller Weißen
Bavarian style Hefeweizen
Light bodied and brewed to refresh. This Bavarian style weißbier has been brewed in the Bavarian way to deliver a taste of Munich to the wheat beer lovers of Alaska. We've added a subtle dose of fresh ginger to the boil, rounding out the traditional fruity cascade of flavor. This beer is paired with Alaskan halibut and other delicious Alaskan seafood.

Sweet Oblivion
Oatmeal Milk Stout
Black, silky, smooth and sweet just like a ride to Oblivion should be.
Milk stouts are made using milk sugar at the end of the wort boil and remain behind after the malt sugars have fermented to completion. The result is a robust stout that is nearly a meal in a glass. This beer is best paired with your favorite desert or served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a stout float you wont ever forget. It's a beautiful thing.

Dimension B
Flanders Red
Flanders red, or sometimes called Flemish Red-Brown, is a magnificent style of beer born in the Flanders region of Belgium which has inspired many brewers of soured beers. This style is painstaking brewed with precise blending of specific strains yeasts to perfectly bring fourth the tartness of stone fruit with a very low dose of noble hop additions. The beer is then aged on French oak where fermentation continues to develop it's sweetness and more fruity characteristics. This beer is best paired with dried meats and hard cheese.
